さまざまなお気持ちでこのサイトをご覧いただいていることと思います。
清浄院は、ゼロから始まった新しいお寺ではありますが、その根底には平安時代より受け継がれてきた浄土宗の教えがあります。
仏教はお釈迦様の教えに始まり、法然上人は阿弥陀様の救いの道を明らかにされました。その教えは、時代を超えて多くの人々の心を支え、今もなお生き続けています。
現代は科学や社会の発展によって便利になった一方で、人とのつながりが薄れ、生き方や心のあり方に悩む方も少なくありません。
そのような時代だからこそ、仏教の教えは迷いや苦しみの中にある人を見放さず、静かに心を支えてくれるものだと考えています。
私どもは、お釈迦様の慈悲の教えをお伝えし、人の心に寄り添うお寺でありたいと願っています。お寺は建物だけで成り立つものではなく、人と人とのご縁によって育っていくものです。
清浄院はまだ小さなお寺ではありますが、地域の皆さまと共に歩みながら、お念仏の教えを伝え続けてまいりたいと願っております。

We believe that each visitor arrives here with different thoughts and feelings, and we sincerely appreciate your interest.
清浄院（Shojoin Temple） is a newly established temple that began from nothing. However, its foundation lies in the teachings of the Jodo Shu tradition, which has been passed down since the late Heian period.
Buddhism began with the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, and later Honen Shonin revealed the path of salvation through Amida Buddha. These teachings have supported countless people throughout history and continue to live on in our present time.
While modern society has become more convenient through scientific and social progress, human connections have grown weaker, and many people struggle with questions about how to live and how to find peace of mind.
In such times, Buddhist teachings do not abandon those who suffer or feel lost, but gently offer guidance and support for the human heart.
We believe that our role as monks is to share the compassionate teachings of the Buddha and to walk alongside people in their joys and sorrows. A temple is not sustained by buildings alone, but by the relationships and connections among people.
Although 清浄院（Shojoin Temple） is still small, we hope to continue sharing the Nembutsu teachings while walking together with the local community and all who feel connected to this path.
